Function
Lamination of two paperboards at precision of ±0.5mm, this equipment is capable to laminate and glue combination of thin paper, art paper, cardboard, gray cardboard or thick paper board together to increase the material strength and thickness, or being laminated to have special effect. After shearing or mold cutting, the laminated products can be made to be hang-tag, display card, packing box, material pad, hard cover book, photo album, sun shield or inner lining of piece goods, product demonstration book, puzzle, toys, handbag or decoration materials.

Glue Coating Device

• Precision of upper glue roller and glue adjusting roller is less than 0.01mm.
• Minimum coating thickness can be adjusted to 0.02mm.
• Three sensors to control the glue level automatically.
• No overflow with delicate Side Glue Stopper at high speed and glue re-circulation system.
• Paper releaser: releasing the paper from coating roller, also for convenience in dismantle, cleaning and calibration of the coating roller.

Aligning System:

• Unique dynamic aligning with synchronized laminating.

• Front Stopper and Side Stopper to guarantee laminating precision.
• Lamination of two paperboards at precision of ±0.5mm or higher with good quality paper.

Transmission system:

• The state-of -art planet transmission system allows even distribution in power transmission. The whole equipment is in timer belt transmission, free of servicing, low noise and high efficiency.

Pressing Conveyor:

• Motorized adjustment of revolving speed and press length allows easy paper size switching.
• Press laminated paper in multiple layers, and speed up the revolution with the paper pressed individually.
• Extra rollers apply repeated heavy pressure to make the finished sheets smoother and more perfect.

Automatic Stacker:

• Vibrant-loose Collecting Mechanism to loosen laminated sheets neatly and ensures smooth collection of paper.
• E-type stacking plate and high-speed elevator rapidly and conveniently pull out the finished products.

Electric Control System:

• Three sets of dialogue window: including Man-machine Interface, Voice Alarm and Lamp Indicating PLC.
• Detect operation condition, abnormal condition, maintenance and working record automatically.
• Selected electric control elements from Siemens, Becker, Yaskawa and Taiwan.
